I made a mistake on my order, how do I correct it? Please use our Contact Form and clearly indicate what the error is and what your order number is. As long as the shipment has not already been filled, we will be able to correct the mistake. Do you ship outside of the US and Canada? Yes, we accept credit card orders online for shipments worldwide. I received my shipment, but my products were damaged or do not work. Please send us an email or contact us using our Contact Form and we will ship a replacement order within 72 hours. I placed my order more than 10 days ago and have not received my order yet. Please send us an email or contact us using our Contact Form and we will attempt to locate the shipment. If we cannot find the shipment we will ship a replacement order within 48-72 hours. Do the CDs come in jewel cases? We ship all our CDs in carboard CD sleeves (12 pt aqueous stock). This helps to keep not only the price of the CD down, but also minimizes shipping and handling charges.
